School Procedures Manual

This manual is grounded in NFHS track and field and cross country rules and is designed to present essential procedures in a clear, practical format. Updated annually, it supports high school competitors, coaches, meet administrators, registered officials, and volunteer officials with the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of meets. Use and reproduction are limited to IATO members, the IHSAA, the IGHSAU, and their member schools unless written permission is granted by the Iowa Association of Track Officials.
