Exchange Zone Podcast

Launched in 2018 by Ben Duea and former IATC president Tim O’Neill , the IATC launched the first ever episode of the Exchange Zone with no better guest than the man who founded the IATC, Bill Bergan. As the years have passed, the show has grown both in followers and also in the production of each episode. In 2024, the show took the podcast to a live video format on Sunday nights, and became a weekly occurrence for athletes, coaches, parents, and fans of the sport. 

The show is led by co-hosts Kyle Wagner and Ben Duea who have teamed up together for four years. Each episode covers the up to date action from across the state in the sport of cross country, with the goal to feature and cover as many kids as possible. In addition, there have been numerous successful high school and college coaches appear on the show over the years and dozens of state champion athletes.
