Mentor Program
The IATC has established a mentorship program to connect 12 new coaches each cross country and track & field season with a veteran mentor teacher to guide them through their initial season. Mentors and mentees connect weekly via phone, text, email, or in person to help with procedural, training, and other questions to help the coach and their team be successful.
