Its purpose is to streamline and clarify essential information into a practical, easy-to-use format that supports consistent application and broad use.

Updated annually to reflect rule changes and editorial revisions, the Schools Edition of this manual is publicly linked and intended for high school athletes, coaches, meet administrators, and volunteer officials. The Officials Manual is available exclusively to paid Iowa Association of Track Officials members.
